I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place in Baltimore. Travone, the Front Desk Agent, provided excellent customer service, ensuring my luggage was securely stored and allowing me to explore the Inner Harbor until my room was ready. Janay, the Front Desk Supervisor, was knowledgeable, empathetic, and attentive to my needs. The valets were also courteous and helpful. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the harbor, Little Italy, and various restaurants. The breakfast menu offered a great selection, and the free WiFi was a nice bonus. The facilities were clean, and the fitness room had a good variety of machines, making my stay enjoyable and convenient.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the city. Hotel offered a lot of meals for continental breakfast.

The breakfast is freshly prepared and nice hot, and the location is ideal really close to Close enough to family and fantastic restaurants and several shops and restaurants.

Had a safe box, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a fridge in my queen room. The hotel's location was great, close to many other tourist sites and Fells Point, Harbor East and Inner Harbor and Fell's Point. Tbh, had a comfortable stay on a long road trip.

The staff - some of them were terribly rude.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Hyatt Place Inner Harbor for our accommodation, and I was thoroughly impressed. The indoor swimming pool provided a relaxing break after a long day of meetings, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious dining options, making it convenient to grab a meal without having to leave the hotel.

It was the street over and cheaper so it worked out.

The hotel had a fantastic location walking distance from National Katyn Memorial. Moreover, it was very close to many really good restaurants and downtown.

The breakfast choices are incredible with raspberries, good coffee. Romantic, decent sized room complete with a wonderful view, king bed.
